1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ckk999 Casino ("ckk999", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") with respect to your use of the website located at ckk999.club and all associated services, software, games, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. ckk999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ckk999 will treat all activity conducted under your credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ckk999 support immediately at [email protected]. ckk999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate security.

3.4 KYC Verification

ckk999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — and proof of address or payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

ckk999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash , EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency.

4.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. ckk999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its sole discretion, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your ckk999 account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

5 Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 Wagering Requirements

7.1 Technical Errors

7.2 Disconnection Policy

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ckk999 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by ckk999

ckk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ckk999 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, net of any applicable bonus conditions, provided that KYC verification is complete. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

10.3 Consequences of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and promotional credits are forfeited. Historical transaction records will be retained by ckk999 in accordance with our data retention obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Privacy & Data

ckk999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ckk999 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process payments, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms
